Puget Sound Youth Empowerment Services (P.S.-Y.E.S.) is compassionately committed to ensuring youth ages 5-17 are provided with the educational, organizational and recreational facility resources which promote and enhance the development of their academic, self-esteem, athletic, and social skills.
